Renders a failed read's line in the danger colour, `children` first (`Couldn't scan for plugins: …`).

**Parameters**

- `props` (`LoadErrorProps`): Component props.

**Returns** `Element`

**Props**

- `children` (`ReactNode`): The line: what could not be read and why.
- `className?` (`string`): Spacing from the surroundings.
- `onRetry?` (`() => void`): Reads again; absent, no Retry.
- `style?` (`CSSProperties`): Inline styles on the root element, merged after the component's own.
